Hadley had a very busy weekend! She slept straight through her baby shower, hosted by her Grandmother Cindy, and attended by many friends and family. Nicolette and Jeremiah were very appreciative and grateful for all the wonderful gifts they received. Then she came over for a visit and photo shoot with her Great Aunt Skeeter and Great Uncle Wayne!
On Sunday we joined Jeremiah and Nicolette for a wonderful visit and dinner with his side of the family at a local restaurant. They were unable to seat all of us [14] at one table so we sat in back to back booths. It was kind of difficult to visit with everyone that way, but we had a wonderful chat with Hadleys Great Grandfather Duane and Grandmother Rita Rassmussen, long time Bitterroot and Missoula residents.
Enjoy the pictures!

Here are some more pictures of Hadley, taken on January 25, 2008. She is all bundled up and getting ready to go home!

Hadley is 6 days old now, Mother and daughter continue to do well. Number 1 granddaughter is busy with her baby thing, eating, sleeping, and pooping, while Nickle is working on establishing a regular feeding schedule, and trying to find time to rest up a bit from the exertion of childbirth.

Granddad is eagerly anticipating Hadleys first day skiing! Is one year old too old to start? We shall see!

Welcome Hadley Ann Meara

Here are some fun photos of the tremendous happenings of January 24, 2008, on that day, at 4:49 pm, our Granddaughter Hadley was born to Nicolette and Jeremiah.

They were blessed with a healthy, happy and very beautiful baby girl, who will be the light of their eyes, and the cause of their lives. We wish them great happiness.

Here is the e-mail that I sent out to the family!
Dearest Family;
Please pardon the mass mailing, and I do hope to talk
with each of you about the wonderful event that is
about to bless our family.
On January 24th at 5:00am, our darling Nicolette will
be induced into labor to bring into this world the
newest member of our wonderful family. Her doctor
feels that the baby has grown sufficiently to be
coaxed from the womb!
We are very excited to welcome her new baby into this
world, crazy as it may be.
I will try to call everyone with the details when they
are known to us!

Your Loving Son, Nephew, Brother, Cousin, and Friend;
Tim

I will have photos and infor to post in a week!
Peace;
Tim

January 5-6th

This weekend saw us up in Lakeside Mt. celebrating with Dan and Alison Barnes their recent wedding [12/22/07]. The reception took place at the very beautiful Presbeterian Camp on the west shore of Flathead Lake. There were so many fun and beautiful people gathered to enjoy a jazz quartet, and lots of delicious food. The celebration culminated at Blacktail Ski area above Lakeside for some fun family skiing. We arrived home this evening and spent some wonderful time soaking in the hot tub. A wonderful weekend!
I continue to recover from my first serious knee injury [strained mcl], having missed 5 ski days and a couple of hikes, but I will be back in the game this coming weekend [with a brace].
May there be Peace on Earth.
